I use the Joe Wickes ones on YouTube. He’s a bit annoying but the sessions are good.

This is a great thread. I have changes I'm trying to make and a sticker chart to help me monitor them and plan ahead. Otherwise I just carry on carrying on with the same old stuff.

I’m getting a weights program done at the gym today. It’s years since I did any strength work.

I might post a picture of mine each week as a way of enforcing accountability! It's just a table in Word with the things I want to focus on each week:
Food - stick to what I plan Water - two pints a day at least Training - three runs, two spin sessions, two rows, three strength sessions Core & glute work - three times a week
I think that's it. And I know I won't hit everything but I figure 80% is a good aim.

Love that idea too - deffo let us have a pic
Gaining momentum now - brilliant!
We had a gorgeous evening last night - I was at silver class till 9pm which was cool and then my fella had to attend the college with Son2 - he'd had a big old day so once that was over (son2 went home with his mum) I met him in the pub next to silver workshop (great planning!)
So.. a tarty evening with no tea (BAD) but we did enjoy three drinks, two of which were in the garden till about 10:30 - it was lovely
Today it's pints of water and plenty walking (well we've a VIP in so I might struggle to escape at lunch but going to get out whatever it takes!)

A reflective day.. got out for a spin around the block with two work colleagues. Tick
Ran about 2ish including a hill.. sweet
Bbq meat & Greek salad, and the work buffet was lots of salads lush, I avoided all the mini cakes result
I’ve set up a work “can” today. 5 have joined in already. Sweet!
Let’s skip over booze, just say I’m observing habits there
