Nice one Fenland Flier. I have had a heavy week of early starts and late finishes so mentally and physically drained. Ran a progressive parkrun and ended up in the low 69%. This makes me happy. Using Project Joker, targetting a 'fast' parkrun in mid-January. |

Splendid, FF I hope to be back here tomorrow. At one point I hoped that I'd be eligible to pop into the 80% thread tomorrow, but I'd need to be at absolute peak form AND have a tail wind for that, and neither of these conditions will be fulfilled. |

I had one like that with 20.29 at a flat 2 lap course that had fairly easy corners and no u-turns unlike my local parkrun.
