6.30 at John Wright East Kilbride, 2 mile warm up around EK followed by intervals on the track
Tuesday
7-8 miles around the streets of cambuslang, rutherglen and tollcross. Up cathkin braes in summer
Thursday
summer - 2 mile warm up. 10 minutes out and back with 30 seconds rest halfway down by the clyde, 2 miles cooldown

winter - hills or continuous hills or 3 x 7 minutes with 1 minute recovery
Saturday
winter endurance session, warmed up ready to go at 10.30. various locations around glasgow
Sunday
club run. meet at rugby club for 10.30
