Just done 20 minutes... Did the 10 minute work out.. but as you can tell from it taking me 20 minutes that I did it as broken minutes. Also, swapped a couple that I don't like (breastroke planky thingy) for alternatives from the other workouts.

TT - I tried most of it, some exercises are easier than others, and I find the plank ones where you have to move from side to side etc put too much strain on my foot/ankle (I'm injured don't forget!) As for the "spiderman push ups" I just did normal ones, and I didn't do as many reps for many of the exercises - I gave it a good go though, and figure it might be a good workout to measure progress by if I do it every Monday |
