Didn't do the shred this morning as spotted this so will probably rotate between the two over next few weeks, plenty of core work but getting the heart rate going at same time. Have a go peeps.

The Terminator
There seem to be a lot yes Becca and all at a good intenstiy which I like. Don't let the abs one fool you anyone, it is a full core workout and isn't easy on legs or upper body either. After doing the shred on Monday and the abs today I am aching accordingly, just foam rollered after an achy recovery run and was an absolute world of pain which was nice :-)

Rich - it's actually fairly easy to nearly fall over if you're doing a squat correctly. In fact, the best way to do a squat is to put a large band around your waist and hook it over something sturdy behind you. That way you keep your back as straight as possible with the help of the band support.
