15 mins done. A mix up of the Pfitzinger and triathlete exercises form links. Out for LSR now.

1 min execrice 30 secs rest

Ab crunches
Heel touches
Leg pushaway
Plank
Staff
Straight arm side plank (30 secs per side)
Bodyweight high bridge
Bicycle crunches
Half up twists
Superman

Great run. Could feel stomach muscles in last few miles. Rest until Tuesday now.

Hi everyone!
Just done (coughs loudly!) Pfitzinger workout and the 10 min Core video... Think there is defo enough for me to work on with these 2 and enough new stuff that I won't get bored like I normally do!
