Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Just found this thread after blog reading!
I need core stuff after 3rd bout of lower back ache in 2yr or so
Do I do core n strengthening - as tony Audenshaw says on marathon talk -not as much as I should.

I have been following3xweek marathon training , quite well for last 2 years , 9 marathons - including pb, it leaves time for gym/ core etc, but that more often or not lapses
Help
Any beginners Pilates or core DVDs out there which are good, I'll start reading lurking this thread & come back with some questions

Physio who I've gone to for my lumbar5 problem recommends basic core

Still only managing very basic core workouts, sit-ups & planks, but getting 5-6 sessions per week done. First race of the year on Sunday at Lydd Half.

I haven't done any core for some weeks now. I'll need to get back on it. I'll do some this week, promise.
