FINALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY!!!! Ran nearly 32 miles today, with NO BACK PAIN! Usually my back starts to hurt after about 15/16miles, so FINALLY I see some results! This motivates more than anything - so CHUFFED!! Keep going everyone - it's worth it!! |
