Surely that is the beauty of core work GG? Even in a hotel room you can do 10 minutes of planks, crunches and press ups etc...

I thought that last year when I was away but failed miserably. I will check in each night even if it's oy 20 crunches please feel free to harass me & hunt me down if I don't make an appearance I have to get strong to help my joints. Thanks in advance :)

No need Garfield - Have been doing my Core sessions and have started logging them :) Only tend to do 5 or 6 mins at a time as I have an on going shoulder problem that causes me a few issues if I do to much and I have 10 minutes of exercises three times a day to manage that. Hope all's going well with you and you are fully recovered from you cold.
