Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nothing last night. Late at work. No excuse tho, should have done just 10 mins floor work. Nice lunch run today, may do some core tonight, if I can fit it in (What am I saying - we can ALWAYS fit 10 mins in!) :-)G

At last managed to do my core session this week - I tried out the core H 10 minute plan above followed by an hour of yoga. Jerboa - I'm watching you, hope you managed to fit your session in today :-).

Core work does always make me feel slightly sick, it's a reall effort to get it done (which is why I'm here I guess!).

Hello and sorry being absent for some time but I am back now to take core training seriously now after visiting the course last where we will be running 10 marathons in 10 days, I was :-0 :-0 for a long time, it is a very hilly course so serious core work is needed. I will be doing Pilates on Monday in the morning to kick start getting my core into serious shape for the challenge in may with less than 4 months to go.....
