ooh, 'ello!

i've been on a strength work mission this month. so far managing 3 sessions/week. unfortunately my back has been being a bit awkward which messes about with when i can do some exercises but i'm generally getting round that.

i've also started swimming which is challenging my upper body strength, as well :)
