Thanks for the luck. Did 12 mins in the end. God I am weak. Planning to try and do every other day to start with (unless I have a race the next day)

Wednesday's core session might be moved from the evening to first thing because Coach has scheduled a bike ride for the evening instead. I'm turning into some kind of exercise-crazed beast.

I don't think I can face my usual Wednesday session as well as 20 miles on the bike and 800m in the pool. Something will have to go. I could do a shorter core session.

Thanks guys did a bit of core myself a few crunchies & the exercise the fizz gave me aldo did some stretches for my calf but i didnt do full DVD session & not as much as I should have done, got busy sorting out Xmas bills (ouch) - feel decidedly a few lbs lighter though ;) :(

Glad I got my trainers yesterday I would've thought twice if it was tomorrow still soon be pay day :) I'll aim to do full DVD tomorrow. Thanks for putting pressure on but watch out for bruises ;)
