I think pilates is best done in a class - not sure I'm doing it right if I'm just looking at a book. Stretching - done Core work - not done |

I've cored! Core-H. Hoping my V-sits will improve, can hold sort of but much room for technique improvement. Planks/hypers all ok but going to have another look at the prone elbow stand on the video as not problem with core tho huge problems with sore (bony) elbows. Monday regular core session has begun |

AW - put a folded towel under you elbows if your having problems. Bit softer than carpet or hard floor

Just tried this: Starts off easy, but gets very hard pretty quickly! Not sure pilates is for me though - all the breathing is very confusing! |

Kimmy, when I left Pilates class, I always felt taller too. Lil - that's the hundred...I did that twice yesterday.
