I do not need to look like a dying fly so the Core H workout is just a figment of my imagination for now.

I've jiggered my knee / upper calf, so no running or biking (and probably swimming) for a little while - good opportunity to get back into my core & strength work. I'll have to let my diet take care of the weight loss I want for now.

This sounds like a great idea -- core / stretch / strength is one thing I want to get back into having lapsed recently. How does the pairing work? I've joined the group but haven't read back all 15 pages ... I have to be careful because I have a very dodgy back but that also makes it all the more important not to neglect this stuff, I just need to be very careful and can't do some things. |

Consider yourself not only badgered but beared, foxed, wolverined and possibly even stoated as well.

Sk is up to the individual pairs but basically is just letting your partner know when you plan to do you core/strength work and then making sure they do or giving them some stick Is everyone stretching before/after workouts too? |

I will do some core & stretch tonight as my legs are mashed after Beachy so I need something non-impact. The "Core H" ten minute plan is way beyond me but I have a Pilates routine which takes me around 15 mins so will do that.
