About this parkrunFlat and fast, out and back course with a loop at the far end. Along the sea-front, can be windy and normally a head wind on the way back. Definitely PB potential if not windy.

Pancake flat out and back run, but feels a bit relentless as almost inevitably wind in one of the directions. Easy parking, road shoes and remember the 9:30 start if you don't live in Scotland!

Out and back course like a lollipop, flat, busy, but thins out quickly. Can be windy on the way back.
Ally-C 23rd Mar 2019
Flat and fast, hope for a lack of wind (unlikely)

Run down the handle of the frying pan, round the pan, and back up the handle. Pancake flat Nice views of the sea, and good parking nearby.

If you get a day with no wind, then hello PB! Otherwise, be prepared to struggle.

Regularly pulls in 600, occasionally 700 runners so this isn’t for those who like solitude. Along the promenade beside the Forth. Out and back. Very flat but exposed so can be windy. On a calm day you’ll not get a faster course Several cafe options

REALLY enjoyed this today as I had been bit bleugh thinking about niggles and stuff, but (with benefit of couple mild pain killers) felt great throughout race. Felt pretty strong which was nice surprise. Was great to catch up with Bert and Jenni. Scott Brown and his 2 labs complete with PINK collars after was nice touch to end with.
Flippin windy out there today!!! Thought all was going well till I hit the last KM and felt like I was running in treacle. Nice mornings entertainment though and as well organised as ever
Windy final mile!
