Oh what fun.
Actually the best race I have ever taken part in :-)...
Can't wait this is going to be so much fun. Not aiming for a time just enjoyment.
Amazing race - took it nice and easy, walking up the hills Loved the bog of doom and the devil by the lake!! Stuck together as a team and had a great laugh!!!
Hills of Death (HOD)
Usual fun MUD MUD MUD met Hendo before he jogged round yeah right. I did jog round with Miss P, Speedie and Nat I think it was just over or under the 2 hour mark. Had my clown mask.
Top day - nice and sunny - was taking it easy but still PB by 7 mins! Thought it was bigger PB, but realise Garmin was doing auto-pause on the uphills as it didn't measure enough forward motion!! GRRRR
The muddiest I've ever been, but what fun!!!! A must do race!!
Really really hard work, hardly any flat lots of ups and some downs, plus at least four bogs up to chest deep, really muddy, and energy sapping
Supposed to be more than 10 miles but less than 12, but Garmin read 9.25 miles
twisted ankle on second mile, but fought through!
Great fun, run with my mate for the "hell" of it
I had a huge Hangover:)
Hard work but what a great sense of achievement at the end having survived freezing water up to shoulder high and lots and lots of slippery mud. It was almost fun
Ran with Danny ......
