Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

SPR I'm feeling very confident and think I may actually be able to go faster than i've predicted, but we shall see on the day

*UPDATE*
I was able to go faster than I predicted :-) was on 5:35-5:37 pace until I murdered the last lap, which indicates I could have gone a bit faster. HR also indicates I could have gone a little faster (187) as i've averaged 189 for a 10k. Think 5:15-5:20 might be on by year end :-)

Velociraptor Wasn't even expecting to crack 8 minutes, so was gobsmacked when I found myself leading the field from the start in the 7mm-8mm race. Worked quite hard. I *will* crack 7 minutes for a freestanding mile sometime :)
