What's the biggest challenge that awaits you?
Several years of injury have made long runs more historical romance than factual. Now trying to slowly get back into regular running, steadily picking up mileage, so that a 10k or even HM becomes a possibility...

What's your favourite thing about Fetcheveryone?
I was looking for a place to log my runs and analyse the info. Fetch offered all that and more. The forum on RW was becoming a bit 'blagh'; Fetch was fresh and friendly..!

What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers?
Don't expect to see changes overnight, but as long as you keep enjoying it, you will see improvements quickly. And, if you enter races, don't forget to smile as you cross the finish line!
