About Me

Originally started running to help me stop smoking. Fortunately I got hooked on that instead. Running has done so many great things for me, much fitter, leaner, helped me stop drinking and have met some great people through it.

Being a competitive type it is all about the next PB and never being satisfied with the last one. I have been lucky enough to get a few PBs along the way but there is always the possibility of more....Just changed clubs to try and improve my performances and to have a go at running on the track next year.
