Banterful First 10 mile race and I finished strongly. Definite potential to run a faster time. Unaffiliated 1:08:15 1:12:30 1:12:30 60.34

beginner1 First 10 mile race. Doing this in prep. for being able to run 'Potter's arf' nine days later.Any time will do as long as I finish upright. Pleased to finish in 1hr 30. Shame didn/t quite break it. V flat but felt long (boring)onwards and upwards! Unaffiliated 1:30:48 1:30:48 1:32:00 1:30:48 51.43
CookPassBabtridge Good conditions considering the weather reports, some wind as usual but not too bad. Pleased with this race as only cut back by dropping one run. Big PB :-) Notts AC 52:56 52:56 52:56 83.21

Duke of Drayton My first 10 mile race, I'll use it as a trainer for the upcoming half (Wolverhampton to Birmingham). Really enjoyed my first 10 miler, good conditions nice and flat, well organised. Pleased because I kept to the game plan and got the sort of pace I wanted. Cambridge & Coleridge AC 1:21:00 1:21:00 1:30:00 1:21:00 55.44
Forest Von Supermurph Gump Normally hate Friday night running but on a flat track and in preparation for the half marathon at the end of June I used this is a tough training run. To be honest I was very proud of the time as I thought 1h 20m would be good. Unaffiliated 1:17:11 1:17:11 1:20:00 1:17:11 56.91

MAD Superman After losing all sense of being able to pace myself over the last few summer leage races (since Paris marathon) I used this to try get get it back. Aim was to go off at a steady pace and keep it going all the way round and finish strong instead of hanging on.
2 laps of the Summer league 5m route. Flat and weather was almost perfect. Very pleased with my pacing. Every mile very even and managed to pick it up a bit over the last mile.
