Notes & Comments

Flat walk out, hilly walk back. Full pack, poles and compression socks under long trousers. Took a HXB with lemon curd cut into quarters ate a quarter every 2 mile op to mile 8 then didn’t feel hungry after that but drank tailwind.
Went out with a pain score 2-3 came back with same pain score.

The wind was horrible down by the lake, I had to walk on the wrong side of the road as it kept trying to blow me under the wheels of a car 😲. Enjoyed the rest of the walk. It does seem a long way though when you’re not running it.
