Maspalomas running!

Run with mam from hotel to Melonas back along the beach and a little run up and over a sand dune. Gaiters performed on point not a grain of sand in my trainers!

Mam was struggling with the heat as it warmed up but once at the beach the breeze kicked in and she was in her stride.

Really enjoyed it.
