Four Villages Half - aim of pacing at target marathon pace (9 min/miles) - so job done
Really enjoyed myself actually despite the weather and felt ok.
Fuelled with 3 x Powerbar gels at 3, 6 and 9 miles - struggled to get them down, but probably good to have taken them.
Sleet much of the way round.
