davelord i must be getting some form by the time this comes along did 1.31.25 last year.. well 2 laps of the hard bit , but enjoyable and although i was not fast it was just under 7mm pace and felt i ran strong, so very happy, Took one scalp(Erica) to show i am improving. Kev Scone my first ever race in 2006, also my local race, passing the in laws at 3 miles (or should've done!) but course changed this year, did the second half of the course (the hardest bit!) twice, slightly off predicted pace and 2 mins slower than last year, but know could do better, will be back next year (of course!) nochickenstrip Phew! What a day. If Dentdale was not challenging enough, add some wind, rain and flooded roads, now there's a challenge. Tough but fun.
