Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Sigh
Thanks Linds, I have just unsubscribed.

I've only done three parkruns in the last twelve months, I'm usually walking the dog at that time on a Saturday :-)

Mixed-sex loos. As found in a theatre I was at yesterday.

I don't want to be following a woman into the loos, even if the symbol on the door is of both sexes. It makes me feel uncomfortable and I can imagine some women will feel more than that. It's just wrong.

I want gents for the gents and ladies for the ladies.

If you do ever choose to donate to Parkrun, the link to donate to you specific chosen event is far from obvious (further down the ‘about us’ page for my local, well below the national donate link).

You could donate to the broader Parkrun, and your local event is still left looking to stump up £80 (I think) if they need to order up a complete set of fresh tokens when they invariably go missing over time.

Parcel delivery folk and their chronic stupidity.

Came home to a parcel jammed in the cat flap. Cats either locked in our out.

Online website (and let's be fair, this is most of them) that have the "click here if you do NOT want to be spammed to death by us" button below the button to place your order.

My arms.
At the age of 55 I still don't know what to do with them when I go to sleep.

I have a fluffy bunny that I cuddle at night. If I don’t have him I don’t know what to do with my arms!

I slept awkwardly on my arm 2-3 weeks ago and it still hurts (aged 54).
