My GP (via a phone consultation) referred me for blood tests and an X-ray, I get a text from the surgery with a link to the hospital booking system. However the hospital website says I need booking forms for both tests which I don’t have and haven’t been told how to get. Time to file an admin request on eConsult, ho hum.
