Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

You know what's doing my head in just now ? The number of jaunty, upbeat songs that are being reimagined as slow-paced ballads, usually for adverts and usually by soft-voiced, breathy females.

This. Oh my god this annoys me so much too. Just leave the songs alone and stop messing around with them!

…..and the BBC for telling its reporters to go out and stand in a storm. I think we know what a storm looks like, if not go and look at one on YouTube!

Giving weather names. It's winter, it gets windy and it rains. Deal with it.

The poor bloke is still out there in the storm six hours later.
Now there’s another one standing out in a windy, snowy storm by a busy road in Northumberland!

The fact that two of my colleagues (one of whom is my thick as pigshit manager) - are absolutely INSISTANT that it was A RULE that you were only allowed out once a day for 30 minutes during the first lockdown (and also the fact I can tell said manager is rolling her eyes at me to the other colleague while she’s got her back to me)

I felt so sorry for that poor reporter standing in the storm in Northern Ireland, he looked like he was reevaluating his life choices.
