I got irrationally furious when someone from my own office decided to run a social media campaign like that, with 12 'British' Christmas traditions. Not only were they wrongly branding it '12 days of Christmas', it was released in five instalments, and many of the 'British' traditions were actually American or generically European.

Some of the others don't hit the mark though - they annoy me AND I totally forget what they're advertising. Similar to one of the irritating Flash adverts, which in my head is advertising a product called Spray White Dung.
