For months they told me (on the v rare occasions I could actually get through to them) they'd sent me an item only for them to admit it was out of stock.

When asked for an engineer to have a look at why holes were appearing in clothes, even when in a net bag, they were adamant that their machines don't do that and that we would be wasting our money when proven that their machine was not at fault.

My main complaint is simply that it sounds ugly rather than anything to do with purity. Autumn, and by extension autumnal, sounds much nicer. Fallal sounds stupid or like you've forgotten the rest of 'deck the halls')
