Unfortunately it seems my watch doesn't like logging distance while swimming, so although we swam the same, naughty Nickers logged twice the distance... Still, we both got our badges! That's all that matters! And I may have converted Nickers to open water 😁

Well done on the Ochos. I keep meaning to go for a swim - Could even get my swim 10m badge! I still have the certificate that I earned the 1st time I achieved that, many years ago with a class from primary school!

Em, no GPS likes being under water as they all lose signal. If you do crawl then you have some chance of the watch getting back in touch with GPS on some of the strokes when you hand is out of the water. Otherwise, consider tying your watch to the mast of a toy yacht and towing that behind you as you swim :-)

874 miles in my Fetch lifetime, Ness. The next one is 2795 miles, so it will be a while until I get that one.

I’ve also just got the Path Master badge, so I’ve got 160 badges in all.

Excellent, GM. I’m on about 650ish miles walking so long way to go for the next badge. Great badge haul. I was hoping to get a swim badge if we’d got our holiday to Ibiza. I was looking forward to swimming in the sea! :( For now I expect my next badge will be the ‘take the red pill’ :)
