KMC do a soft flask that holds 2 gels, the only thing is they've changed from a twist valve to a bite valve so it would depend how liquid your gels are?

I do have an Active Root one with a twist valve, they've now changed to a flip lid

I really want to thank everyone for input and help. I would rather not have bite valve I have a very wobbly bottom tooth and have to be careful with it.

My gels are SIS and I do have some Kendal mint ones to try.
So think so far best option is Active root flip lid.

Any thoughts on back2back long runs? I combined two races at the weekend, something I’ve not done in a decade or more. Firstly because the opportunity arose , I had the time off work, it was a decent challenge and thought it useful training for another attempt at my first 100 miler in July 😁

Can someone please recommend a weather app that isn't forecasting rain on Sunday?

Metcheck is actually pretty optimistic right now. It's the calf deep mud that will rip your shoes off from the rain today you need to be worrying about. They've just added a life jacket to the compulsory kit.
