[My fiancé lost his father suddenly a few months ago to suspected bowel cancer. Our wedding is in less than a month & his eldest sister has also just been diagnosed with bowel cancer, needs urgent surgery and chemo. Even if all goes well she probably won’t be at the wedding. And the whole family is rightly scared there’s a genetic risk, so need to go for screening. It’s a lot right now]
