Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

2nd is still good, looks like a solid result for GB.

Just seen one of the guys who was selected ahead of Wicks come in about 3 minutes down in 55th place. POOR.

Yeah saw that, poor indeed.

Second is good indeed hence the " ", just didn't look as fluid as usual.

Didn't post here last weekend. A great weekend for our training group. 3 athletes competiting and another as first reserve. Excellent results for those who did run. Hollie was 5th U23 and picked up a gold team medal to boot. Mitch was also 5th U23 and collected a silver team medal for his efforts. Ash on his GB debut had a solid run coming in 39th also in U23 race, also with silver team medal as a nice souvenir. Dani was selected to run for England in Brussels tomorrow, for which Ash also got the nod for the Euro Cross Cup meeting. Unfortunately this has now been cancelled.

Have most people got their county champs this weekend? Anyone had theirs cancelled yet? Inspection for me on Friday.

Are the world champs still on in Scotland?

Hopefully the World's are still on, then if all our champs get cancelled, we can at least watch that
