Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

SloggerIan - Some of the lads from my club are doing it tomorrow, would have done it but I'm away (story of my life). Halesowen Summer Midweek course quite though so if it follows similar tracks with all this rain should be a good one.

My club don't do Midlands, or is it individual entry?

lol Slog. Are there divisions in the Midlands league? I would guess they want to concentrate on staying in toe Premier Division of the more prestigious Birmingham league ;-)

Have you got a Midlands fixture in Jan, would mean XC every week wouldn't it? I only have one free weekend (we do the champs).

As far as I know this is a one off champs SPR, not a regular fixture.

I guess it's a bit like the Carling Cup, the glory hunters tend to give it less focus.....

Yep, i'll be there, just been googling the location. Prefer the off-roading at the mo as I try to re-build my fitness. What am I talking about I always prefer the off road stuff but at the moment it is extra special as it is kinder to my legs then the road stuff. :-)

You are correct, there do appear to be two - one this weekend and one in Jan - this weekend is 7 miles as opposed to the normal 10k
