Personally I run my worst on very flat courses and my best on rolling courses. Courses with really steep climbs just annoy me :~0

Realtively straight forward although the course was a little wet it was flat and did not churn up at all really. It was 8.80km not 8.00km though so had a bit of a shock at my spilt times when i thought I was going really slowly (rather than just slowly).
