Haven't done cross country since school, and that was only a once a year event that the whole school got roped into doing. Not particularly fond memories of it, but then I wasn't into running then - hoping to give some of the Sunday League races a go this year; the club is keen for everyone to do the Met League races that always seem to happen the day before, but I'm not sure I feel ready for that yet or could do the two back-to-back. Not unless I take the Met League ones pretty gently as a warm-up for the next day's race...
