Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Has the venue for the English Nationals been chosen? I couldn't find anything about it. I was hoping to do the West Yorkshires but am not around for most of them.

Hello! Haven't done cross country since school, and that was only a once a year event that the whole school got roped into doing. Not particularly fond memories of it, but then I wasn't into running then - hoping to give some of the Sunday League races a go this year; the club is keen for everyone to do the Met League races that always seem to happen the day before, but I'm not sure I feel ready for that yet or could do the two back-to-back. Not unless I take the Met League ones pretty gently as a warm-up for the next day's race...

Just down the road from me which is handy!! We had the Northern xc champs there a couple of years ago. It's a great course. Undulating & reet muddy when I ran it! :-)
