Anyone going to commit to nationals this year, I've never done parliament hill (luckily) so may give it a shot!

We did the Southern Champs there in Feb on a 15km route, so 12k at the Nationals will be a doddle, right? Especially with inter-counties / English schools xc not far either side :/

The sockets for the pins moved rather than the pins bending on the small concrete area we had Will try and see if I can move them back into place when I've cleaned them, otherwise I shall be making another purchase.

Our local 'non-district level' series has only recently opened up the longer distance to the women (see Binks' thread) but I'll probably be sticking to the 3 mile distance to try and improve my time. First one this Sunday, then last sunday of jan and feb. It's nice to have something open to all levels. I wouldn't dare show up to any district stuff
