Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That was hard!

No official time as yet but I suspect I'm just outside the 50 mns. My watch time said 49.58 but I forgot to switch off the auto pause/resume on my Garmin and I had to stop at 9k as I thought I was going to hurl so I suspect that pause will push me just outside. Should still be a PB by over a minute though so very pleased as it was boiling hot.

It has given me a good indication of my form though so if I am just outside I'll try and fit another 10k in to try and get under 50 :-)

Well done TD. It's always a good 'un if you nearly hurl! My first attempt this year was 50.10. The next one 49.29, so even if you're just over, use it as a positive as you know you can do it now! :-)
