I think i will join this group as my last four consecutive 10k's have improved - which is good, although crossing the line in under 50m seems a reachable goal for the time being [ bagged a PB this morning in 53:00]

Think this is the thread for me - 51 something at Abington on Sunday and felt like there was more in the tank at the end. Guessing Ely NYE is going to be nice and flat for my next 10k, although I suppose the weather in December might be more of a factor.

Well done, fowlerk.
Ely NYE is supposedly pretty flat, Ceratonia. There's traditionally a piper at the top of "the only hill on the course" which ought at least to give you incentive to get up the hill and past him as quickly as you can.
