Yeah cheers Zorba, still a bit annoyed but a PB is a PB, and it gives me an excuse to sack overtime off next Saturday too so I can have another go at it. ![]() |

Mark, if its any consolation (!) ,I did Strathclyde this morning, against my better judgement (I just KNEW I had a bad race in the post for some reason ).....in icy conditions they opted for a 5.4 k alternative course which had an option of running on the grass.....I took that option and crashed to a miserable 23 minutes ..Wrong choice ,wrong shoes ,poor preparation in the week.... It's still all good training ,I tell myself ruefully.... Teaboy, welcome and keep us posted |
