Sub 20 in 2020

SPR Oct 2020 12:01pm, 6 Oct 2020 31,864 posts	0 SPR There's a sub 20 thread I believe. Might be better off posting there. Given you've run a sub 90 HM, I guess you've been in sub 20 shape before? What's the plan based on? Do you need more speed or endurance for this goal?

njosmith Oct 2020 10:52pm, 6 Oct 2020 619 posts	0 njosmith I should have the endurance (half marathon at the weekend) so I guess speed is the thing I need to work on most. Just completed 8*400m reasonably successfully given the recent HM.
