How are we doing folks? I've been pain-free for 2 weeks now so feel like I'm properly back in the game. Hope others are on the up too?

Have fun MeLAR. Getting my 'long run' in tomorrow to make room for a toxic "rugby Sunday". Hope your sons enjoy the Parkrun.

Well done Mel, I never did parkrun today as I had my grandson (2months) for a sleepover so will hopefully to cover the 10 mile race I have tomorrow.

Hope it's ok to revive an old thread. it's comforting to know it's not just me back at the beginning of Couch to 5k.
I have done it before - twice - got up to 10k's slowly and did a 5k race for life. Again a couple of years ago whilst competing as a powerlifter I did c25k and did a race for life.
A friend asked me this summer if I was doing the race for life again - had to explain wasn't running. I have got a dropped arch which was painful for over a year just walking, but am losing weight now and exercising more. it's responded well. So I'm adding C25k back in again with a view to doing a r4l or park run with my teen daughter who is my gym buddy.
Anyone else doing c25k at the moment? Well done those that have got through it and are running again.
