The events company was bought out by another earlier in the year. They were giving it big hype on FB - then the last post was in June. Whatever happens, I'll be extremely surprised if there are the "thousands of runners" although they claim to have sold out and there is mention of 2000 runners elsewhere. I don't entirely trust an organisation which writes a release with Every Letter Beginning With A Capital. Having said that, they organised the Falkirk Epic Trail Run (aka a run in Callendar Woods) which drew reasonable numbers even if the first one didn't run that smoothly. Might pop along for a look.
