Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

That would probably be doable, 57.5. Even further would be doable but would involve getting someone to see to the animals. Even Inverness may involve that... depending on how much dog Slow wants to deal with while I'm running. :-)

Woke up this morning & the last thing I could be bothered doing was a race. But went through to Glasgow anyway & throughly enjoyed the Jimmy Irvine Bella 10k.

Never battered it, but was a decent time for me on a fairly tough 10k. One I’d recommend.

What an amazing guy. Thanks for sharing Lorraine. G

He is. It's phenomenal that a rugby player is able to do this, it's not like he's built like Mo Farah

Going going Ally-C. I was going to enter and kept putting it off ... which turned out just as well, as there's no way I could have run it today (been poorly).

I’ve never done it before Iain. Tilly is flat & fast, a wee hill when you turn is the only troublesome bit.

Tilly will be congested at the start so if you’re going for a fast one make sure you’re well placed.
