The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. How did the race go for you Lea ? Did it get as warm in the afternoon as they were forecasting ?

I really enjoyed it, although some of the hills took me by surprise. The scenery was stunning and the volunteers at the checkpoints were brilliant. Thankfully I didn't get lost, I know a few people veered off track slightly! It did get pretty warm in the afternoon but there was plenty of water at the checkpoints.
