Columba
I’ve only just discovered this thread, directed to it by Mrs. Jigs. Unable to join you Friday evening but should see many of you on Saturday as I’m marshalling. Trouble is, I shan’t recognise you as haven’t met most of you, though have met Mrs. Jigs.

Likely to be at the point where the 20-milers emerge from the cycle track and cross to the other side of the road. But who knows; could be last minute change.

May see you there, Columba. Or maybe we could meet up in Rhayader after the race.

Don’t know about the shorter route. Last time they went past the place where I was marshalling but didn’t need to be directed anywhere; just cheered on.

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
You may want to keep your distance from me this evening, I have a cold :-( Pleased to say LFT is negative.

Have a good one everyone- Not there but I love this run.

One year - sunburn running with Sushi

Another year - went with Becca7 on a very cold day, then a complete white out happened at the top, snow covered my race number!

I remember that year, ndellar. I was marshalling at the finish point. It rained in Rhayader itself, but fell as snow on the hills. People were staggering in frozen.

I miss this race. It used to be a definite in the calendar every year.

Good to see some many of the old crowd still going.

Just looked at the elevation profile on Fetch and the course seems like a big hill until mile 5 then...
