Hi all

Hope you don't mind me adding a link to my Mrs blog, the latest one is about the 'Golden Balls 20mile race' in Lancaster

Her original blog is here also, this one is called 'The unlikely runner'

Hope you enjoy, I'm biased of course but I think she's a great writer

Have a good day

Did your 20 in Lancaster used to be called the Trimpell 20? Flat & traffic free sounds great - until the last 3-4 miles, when I've invariably 'died on my arse'. :-o

Races: a series of small victories and smaller defeats - hopefully.

Great result!

Right. The 1st Trimpell I ran headed off a long way down the river bank from Lancaster. May have started at the Trimpell Social Club.
