Last-minute changes meant I wasn't where I'd expected to be. Mrs. Jigs was the only Fetchie I identified. I hope you all enjoyed it; the weather could hardly have been better - for running, that is; marshalling, I got a bit cold.

Yes, it is a shame. Undoubtedly you will have gone past me, because both races went past me in their entirety. For the 30k I was at the end of the clanky metal bridge over the river Elan. I'll keep an eye on this thread for next year, and try to meet more people.

Ah - I remember seeing you, but I was concentrating on the best way of getting past four walkers who were in front of me, going in the same direction as me and walking four abreast, as if they were engaged in some sort of re-enactment of Horatius at the Bridge!
