Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Barn burner of a run last night - 15 miles at 8:07 per mile. Felt good, strong and fluent. Had Sat off, which helped.

Hot hot hot. 4.2 miles at 11am, kept up a decent pace though.

first run in a week, was 24.5 degrees when i set off so i decided not to worry about speed, but just to do some 'heat-acclimatisation', stopping after every mile and keeping well-hydrated etc etc

then after 4 miles got caught in a rain shower which was lovely but defeated the purpose of all my rehydration stops!

sun came out again after 5.5miles and so did all the flies but luckily the fox-poo-covered-doggy-decoy was travelling just in front of me the whole way which reduced the amount of interest the flies showed in me (poor rio didn't enjoy that part very much)
