Nice and relaxing 7.5 miles at a easy pace, went at 09:15 before it got too hot. Helped clear my mind of some personal stress thats going on at present

Durbat
11 miles in the early evening sunshine. Kids dropped me off at me mums for a brew then ran home. Past Roche Abbey, over rolling fields and meadows, past contry churches and through sleepy villages. Fianlly looping Langold country park lake. Absolutely idilic, what runnings all about.

Sounds wonderful Durbat. I had a similarly beautiful run today, 10 miles at a steady pace along the cancl tow path under a cloudless, crystal blue sky. Spotted a Scarlet Tanager (http://www.briansmallphoto.com/photo/scta2.jpg), several Gold Finches (http://www.science.smith.edu/stopoverbirds/birdpixs/pages/American%20Redstart.html), a Red-Tailed Hawk (http://www.dpicts.com/ForumPics/Red-Tailed-Hawk.jpg), and many Blue Herron (http://www.utahbirds.org/birdsofutah/BirdsD-K/GreatBlueHeronTS7.jpg).

A fraction over 8m, my longest run since FLM. Was really nice, although my lack of fitness was all too evident towards the end

Thanks OB. It was a great day for a run. Did you go for a run today? I didn't see your post in the thread.
